Fun Clay Play at home!
Pot at home in your comfy clothes! Join us for a bunch of interactive live lessons on how to create fun sculptures, cases, plates, dishes, platters and more, step by step, with minimal materials. You don’t need to be a Michelangelo, you just need to have your PJs on.
What will I make?
You’ll start with a fun class of making a monster, then we’ll move onto making other pieces. Bring your creativity to the class! Make pots, dishes, creatures, sculptures, vases and more.
Lessons are live, interactive and recorded do you can watch them again later.

Suits all experience levels and uses just a small selection of materials — so no need to go out and buy any fancy equipment. Most tools you will need you might just find in your own kitchen!

It's so important to keep up your creativity when you're stuck at home!
Doing pottery is such a great way to switch off from all the fear and negativity around and spend some happiness time with a lovely group of people.
We'll have small pots of glazes that you can buy, we'll premix them for you to pick up to take home and use.
All you need is a device with a camera and the internet running on it. A tablet or laptop is perfect.
The lessons will be interactive, so you can chat with your potting friends during class, share inspiration with each other, and I can help you with any issues you have. The lesson will be recorded so you can watch it later if you can't attend the session for any reason (but we recommend you do attend for maximum benefit๐)
If you don't have a toolkit, don't worry, there are plenty of tools in your kitchen that you could use!
Because we want you be having fun over this next period, we've decided to GIFT you access into the Elite Potters online video lessons area included at no extra charge. You'll be able to rewatch ANY of the previous lesson recordings, to refresh your memory. Right back to Lesson 1 where all beginners start! Your access will continue for as long as you stay a member.
We'll continue our curriculum with cylinder pots, oxides, full glazes, slab pots, stamping tool making, carving, applique, majollica, large coil pots, sculpture, and more. We'll be playing with a pile of different clay types, so you can experience them all.
You'll be able to keep getting pieces fired. Just wrap them carefully in bubble wrap put in a box with your name on it, and drop them off at the gallery door. Let us know when you do. We'll be able to swap pieces and glazes and clay etc by this remote brown paper bag deal system at the gallery door - all social distant and hand-sanitised. ๐
We'll fire them and send you a photo the minute we unpack them from the kiln๐
